摘要
在对北京10个经济适用房小区实地调研的基础上,分析目前北京市经济适用房室外景观所存在的问题,提出小区景观的营造应不求奢华,但求实用,注重经济实用性的特征与发展的可持续性的有机结合,用有限的成本营造富有特色、受广大业主喜爱的景观环境等观点。
Affordable house in Beijing has developed for 12 years with the great require and national positive policy.It becomes important to build outdoor landscape for Affordable house area.This paper on survey 10 Affordable house in Beijing,analyzing the present problems,Propose that they should not seek to create a landscape of luxury but for practical,focus on the economic characteristics and practical combination of the sustainability of development,create a lovely landscape and environment by limited cost.
