汉语中英文字母词的初探

A Preliminary Study on English Letter Words in Chinese

汉语在与英语的接触中受到英语的很大影响。近年来,汉语中的英文字母词日益增多。根据这些字母词的结构形式,可以把众多的字母词分为六类。字母词的发展呈现出词类变化、数量增多、构字能力强、语法功能变异等特点,鉴于其能避免翻译的差强人意,丰富汉语造词手段等作用,发展应用英文字母词十分有必要。

The English language is having a great impact on Chinese with the interaction of the two languages.One of the new phenomena in Chinese is the increasing number of English letter words.These letter words can be classified into six types with regard to their structures.The main features in the development of letter words are as follows： changes in the part of speech,increase in the numbers of letter words,good word-building capability,variations in the grammatical function.Letter words are able to avoid the ambiguity in translation and increase the means for Chinese word-building.Accordingly,it is necessary to develope and use letter words.
