As a feed additive, xylanase have been used in animal nutritional physiology to reduce feed viscosity, improve use of nutritional material, immunity and production performance, the research on xylanase has broad prospects. The article reviewed molecules structure, physieochemical property, functioning mechanisms, application and prospects of xylanase.
