摘要
介绍了ACR改性增韧母液池料在生产建筑模板中的应用研究。探讨了共混活化CaCO3对母液池料的改性机理及不同用量的ACR对母液池的加工性能和力学性能的变化情况。实验结果表明,ACR的加入可改善和提高母液池料的加工性能和抗冲击强度。共混活化纳米CaCO3可改善物料的相容性,增强界面粘结强度,提高产品的力学性能。
Application research of modification PVC by ACR in building templates was introduced,and the modification mechanism of CaCO3 for PVC was discussion.The processing and mechanical properties was researched.The results show that ACR could improve the processing performance and impact strength of PVC.Blend activation nano CaCO3 could improve the interface bond strength and mechanical properties.
