Determination of trace Elements in Calf Serum by ICP-AES

用等离子体发射光谱法测定新生牛血清中Ca、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、P、Ph、Zn8种微量元素，考查了谱线干扰情况。在选定的最佳分析条件下，各元素的加标回收率均在90％以上。

A method for the determination of Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, P, Pb and Zn in calf serum by ICP - AES was developed. The spectra interferences were investigated. Under the optiAnzed conditions, the re coveries for these trace elements were > 90%.
