摘要 洛阳PTA装置氧化母液回收系统投用后,进口钯/碳(Pd/C)催化剂使用过程中活性降低,对其原因进行分析和探讨,通过对催化剂床层进行翻床处理,并使用脱离子水清洗,确保该床催化剂的正常使用。 After the oxidation mother liquor recovery system of Luoyang PTA plant put into operation,the imported Pd/C catalyst activity was decreased.The causes for the catalyst deactivation were analysed and discussed.By catalyst bed tilting treatment,using deionized water to clean,normal use of Pd/C catalyst was ensured.
