摘要
嵌岩灌注桩应用的成功与否主要取决于嵌岩情况及桩身质量。在施工过程中加强质量管理的同时,需要有效的试验方法来检验工程桩成桩质量。本文结合某工厂的嵌岩灌注桩的检测实践,通过静载、钻芯法以及低应变法的对比,论述了高应变法在嵌岩灌注桩检测上的独特优势,其充分体现了经济、高效、便捷的特点。
The successful application of rock-socketed cast-in-place pile mainly depends on the rock-socketed condition and quality.During the construction process,while strengthening quality management;effective test methods to test the quality of piles are needed.In this paper,combined with a power plant testing practice of rock-socketed pile,the unique advantages of high strain dynamic testing are demonstrated by comparison of static loading test,core drilling method and low strain integrity testing.The high strain dynamic testing has its own features on economic,efficient and convenient.
