摘要 用紫外分光光度法测定γ-苯丙氨基甲酸酯片含量。检测波长:258nm,在100~500μg/ml的浓度范围内,吸收度与溶液浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程:Y=1.1419×10-3X+6.1×10-3,相关系数:r=1.0000;平均回收率:101.0%(n=6),RSD=0.26%。与原方法相比,本法准确、灵敏度高、无干扰、结果重视性好、操作简单、快速。 A study on the determination of Phenprobamate Tablets by spectrophotometry was described in this paper. The detector wave length was 258nm, the standard curve was linear over the concentration range of 100 - 500(g/mL and r = 1. 0000; average recovery was 100. 97%, the relative standard deviation was 0. 26% (n = 6). The method proved highly sensitive, rapid and easily operable. It has been included in Pharmacopoeia of China' 1995 edition.
