摘要
混凝土边界传热过程的确定是进行温度场和应力场仿真分析的关键,是研究混凝土结构温控防裂问题的重要方面之一.依托某工程,进行碾压混凝土在非绝热状态下的温度试验,并获得实测数据.采用改进遗传算法作为数值反演方法,对实测数据进行了温度场的反演计算,并将计算值与实测值进行了比较,分析反演结果的合理性,同时获得了与工程条件相符的不同物盖条件下混凝土表面和不同尺寸冷却水管管壁的等效热交换系数,以供类似工程参考.
The determination of the heat transfer process on concrete boundary is the key of the simulation analysis of the temperature field and stress field and is one of important aspects in studying the problem of temperature-control for anti-cracking of the concrete structure.On the basis of a project,the temperature test of roll compacted concrete in non-adiabatic condition was carried out and the measured data were obtained.The improved genetic algorithm was used as the numerical inversion method and the inversion calculation of temperature field was done for the measured data.Then the rationality of inversion results was analyzed by comparing calculated values with the measured ones.Meanwhile,the equivalent heat transfer coefficients of the concrete surface and the pipe wall of different size of cooling water pipes were obtained under conditions of different content covers consistent with engineering conditions,which provided a reference for similar engineering.
