摘要
针对FW型W火焰锅炉侧墙卫燃带等处容易结渣的问题,通过对温度场模拟从理论上分析了该炉型的结渣特性;从实际运行的角度,分析了该炉型的结渣原因,并提出了防治的措施.实验结果表明,采取这些措施可以消除或极大程度上缓解炉膛结渣.
Aiming at the problem of easily slagging in the refractory belt on side walls of FW type W-shaped flame boiler,slagging characteristics of the type of boiler were analyzed theoretically by temperature field simulation.The slagging reason was analyzed and control measures were put forward from a practical point of operation.Experimental results showed that these measures could eliminate or greatly relief slagging in the furnace.
