摘要
上海淮海中路3号地块发展项目之裙房为多项不规则的超限复杂高层结构,选用钢筋混凝土框架体系;本文通过介绍基础设计与试验、大面积混凝土收缩徐变、抗震设计等关键问题以及与地铁连接的设计做法,为同类项目提供了有益借鉴。
The podium of Shanghai HHZL lot 3 is a kind of complicated high-rise building beyond the code limits with several irregularities in its structure. Reinforced concrete frame is employed in the structure. The test of the pile and the foundation design is introduced in this paper, the key point on the shrinkage and creep of large-area con- crete and seismic design are discussed in this paper, the connection detail between metro station and basement is presented in this paper. It has realistic reference for similar projects.
