产业集群企业技术创新能力研究——基于云理论

Research on Technological Innovation Capabilities of Enterprises in Industrial Cluster:Based on Cloud Theory

以问卷方式抽样调查了福建福清光电产业集群内的27家企业,收集了其技术创新与知识管理的相关信息。运用云理论将问卷调查中技术创新能力的模糊性评价以及随机性评价转换成具有解释意义的具体数值,并进行综合考量,判定出该产业集群的技术创新能力水平,说明了云理论的适用性,丰富了集群评价的内容。

This paper uses the cloud theory to transform the fuzzy evaluation and random evaluation for technological innovation capabilities of 27 enterprises in Fuqing optoelectronics industry cluster from the sample survey by questionnaire into specific values with meaningful interpretation.Based on the above analysis,it identifies the level of technological innovation capability of this industry cluster,and demonstrates the applicability of this method based on the cloud theory,which enriches the content of cluster evaluation.
