氧化乐果的毒理学研究及车间卫生标准的探讨

摘要 大、小鼠的急性毒性LD_(50)分别为53.91和18.65mg/kg,属高毒物质。亚慢性毒性试验大鼠经口无作用剂量为0.05mg/kg。该品具胚胎毒性,致突变呈阳性。~3H氧化乐果在大鼠体内毒时曲线属二室开放模型。空气中氧化乐果浓度在0.3mg/m^3以下,工人全血ChE活力与对照组相比无差异。氧化乐果车间最高容许浓度的建议值为0.3mg/m^3(皮)。 This Paper revealed the systematic toxicology of Omethoate. The results showed that Omethoate was a kind of organophosphorus pesticide with high toxicity and the effect on embryo toxicity and mutagenicity was positive. The toxicokinetic of 'H Omethoate in rats showed two compart-ment open modle. The data of Omethoate field indicated that the concentratlon at 0.3mg/m3, which the packers were exPosed to, was noaeffect level ( according to CHE changes ).It is suggested that the maximum allowable concentratlon of Omethoate in the air of work place is 0.3mg/m3 ( skin ) .
