新一轮基础教育课程改革很重视课程资源的开发与利用。民族地区农村小学语文课程资源的开发要做到:一、强化开发和利用民族地区教学资源的意识;二、深入挖掘有民族特色、地方特色的学习资源,有效地开展语文教学活动。

The new curriculum innovation of basic education emphasizes the exploitation and utilization of curricula resources.As for the curricula resource exploit of the Chinese language at primary school,we must（1） consolidate the sense of exploiting and utilizing the teaching resources in the minority areas and（2） deeply exploit and develop the local learning resources with ethnic and local characteristics and features to ensure the quality of the Chinese language teaching activities.
