摘要
文章用连续实验装置研究了1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDU)热分解制备1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)的工艺过程。反应温度290℃,原料HDU浓度3.5%,GIF-1作为高沸点溶剂,得到较好的工艺条件为:GIF-2作为低沸点溶剂,GIF-2浓度为15%,物料流量9 g/min。在该条件下HDU转化率达98.9%,HDI收率达69.4%。
The synthesis of Hexamethylene Diisocyanate(HDI) from thermal decomposition of hexamethylene diurethane was studied with successive experiment setup.The result shows that the best reaction conditions were: reaction temperature 290 ℃,GIF-1 as the high boiling solvent,GIF-2 as the low boiling solvent,HDU concentration 3.5 %,flow rate of material 9 g/min,the concentration 15 %.Under the condition the conversation percent was 98.9 %,HDI yield was 69.4 %.
