抗静电剂对软包装薄膜应用性能的影响

The Influence of Antistatic to Film Flex-packaging Application

文章以国产三层共挤吹膜机为反应器,以共混挤出工艺进行共挤薄膜的吹塑过程为基础,研究了在基础配方相同的情况下添加抗静电剂对薄膜重要性能指标的影响试验研究结果显示,添加抗静电剂后薄膜的表面电阻值至少下降一个数量级;且随抗静电剂含量增加薄膜表面电阻值下降趋势愈发明显,但抗静电剂在添加到一定比例后,对表面电阻值的影响逐渐趋于稳定。同时验证了添加一定量抗静电剂并不会影响薄膜的滑爽性、透明性以及热封强度等这些衡量薄膜性能的重要指标。

The paper was mainly on the basic of 3 layers co-extrusion blown film technical.It discussed about the influence of adding antistatic agent to film＇s relative important properties.We may get several conclusions from the paper.The film＇s surface resistance will decrease at least one magnitude on adding antistatic agent.And it showed sharper decline of surface resistance with increasing antistatic content,yet it won＇t change much when the antistatic reach certain content.It also verify adding certain number of antistatic agent won＇ t influence film important properties： slip,clarity,heat sealing properties,etc.
