摘要
目的:研究三叶鬼针草中总黄酮类物质的聚酰胺分离纯化工艺。方法:采用分光光度法,以芦丁为标准品,通过用单因素试验优选分离工艺条件。结果:最佳分离条件为:上样浓度2.5 mg/mL,上样流速3 BV/h,用40%乙醇洗脱,洗脱速度为3 BV/h。结论:验证试验表明,该工艺稳定可靠。
Objective: To study the purification technology with polyamide chromatographic of flavones in Bidens pilosa L.Methods: The optimum purification was studied by single factor experiment with spectrophotometry based on rutin as standard substance.Results: The optimum parameters of separation for flavones was follows: drug concentration was 2.5 mg/mL,absorping velocity of flow was 3 BV/h,the eluent was 40 % ethanol,and he eluting velocity of flow wais 3 BV/h.Conclusion: Validation experiment showed that the technology was steady and reliable.
