聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇聚氨酯的绿色合成 被引量:1

The Green Synthesis Process of Polyurethane with Poly Propylene Polyols

摘要 文章以酯交换缩聚法合成聚氨酯树脂,绿色环保,避开了光气路线及有毒的异氰酸酯的使用。选择的原料都是由二氧化碳路线合成,具有减少二氧化碳排放的重大意义。选择1,6-六亚甲基二氨基甲酸甲酯及聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇为原料,在反应摩尔比为1∶1,使用B型催化剂,催化剂用量为0.12 wt%,反应温度133℃反应6 h的情况下,可以得到质均分子量为5717的聚氨酯。 In the paper,transesterification polycondensation synthesis process of polyurethane was studied to avoid the toxic phosgene routes and the use of isocyanates.1,6-hexamethylene dicarbamate(HDC) and Poly propylene polyols(PPC) were selected as raw material.HDC and PPC were all synthesized from carbon dioxide,so this route had a positive effect to reduce carbon emissions.Choose B as catalyst,the dosage was 0.12 wt%,molar ratio of HDC to PPC was 1∶1,with 133 ℃ and react for 6 h.Finally get the polyurethane with Mw=5717.
