摘要
通过实验研究铁碳比、pH、反应时间及铁屑的粒径大小对微电解处理效果的影响,结果表明随着铁碳比、pH的增加和微电解反应时间的增加,染料废水的脱色率和COD去除率先增加然后减少,利用粗铁屑对废水的处理效果优于细铁屑。由此获得的微电解的最佳条件为∶铁碳比为3∶1,pH为2,反应时间为30 min,并利用粗铁屑进行处理,该条件下COD去除率和脱色率分别达43.6%和75.8%。
Effect of iron/carbon ratio,pH,the reaction time,the particle size of scrap-iron on dyeing wastewater treatment with micro-electrolysis was studied.The results showed the COD and color removal efficiency increased first and then reduced with the increase of iron/carbon,pH and the reaction time.The experiment also showed that the crude-iron had a better treatment effect than the small scrap-iron.The best conditions for micro-electrolysis was: the ratio of iron and carbon was 3∶1,pH was 2,the time was 30 minutes and using the crude iron,under which the COD and color removal efficiency reached 43.6 % and 75.8 %,respectively.
