摘要
对线路板废水混凝处理进行了试验研究。利用正交法设计实验,比较了聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)种类、PAM投加量以及混凝剂(FeSO4)投加量和对线路板废水处理效率的影响。研究结果表明,三个因素的影响顺序是:FeSO4加入量>PAM种类>PAM投加量。线路板废水处理的最佳条件为:起始pH为9,FeSO4投加量为600 mg.L-1,PAM种类为YJ阴离子800~900万PA-Ⅲ,PAM用量为0.5 mg.L-1。
The influence factors for PCB wastewater treatment using coagulation-sedimentation process were studied.The effects of type of PAM,dose of PAM and dose of FeSO4 on PCB wastewater treatment were investigated by orthogonal test.The sequence of influence of three factors was dose of FeSO4types of PAMdose of PAM.The optimum process condition was A2B2C3:FeSO4 dose of 600 mg?L-1,PAM type for YJ anionic 800~900 million PA-Ⅲ,PAM dose of 0.5 mg?L-1 and at initial pH value 9.
