摘要
建立了一种快速测定原料乳及乳制品中三聚氰胺的高效液相色谱方法。样品中的三聚氰胺经三氯乙酸-甲醇-水混合溶液超声提取,离心过滤后进行HPLC测定。三聚氰胺浓度在0.2~100.0μg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R2=0.9999。三聚氰胺的平均回收率为96.0%~102.8%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~7.3%,该方法的检出限为1.0 mg/kg。
A method for the rapid determination of melamine in raw milk and dairy products by HPLC was proposed.The samples were ready for determination by HPLC after the extracts were centrifugalized and filtered.The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0.2~100.0 μg/mL for melamine.The correlation coefficent was 0.9999.The average recoveries of the method varied from 96.0 % to 102.8 %.The relative standard deviations were 3.9 %~7.1 %.The detection limit of melamine was 1.0 mg/kg.
