摘要
采用中试规模(100 m3/h)生物滴滤工艺处理化工污水厂恶臭气体,考察了微生物的动态培养、驯化挂膜周期和塔阻力变化,并在不同季节、不同生产状况条件下,验证了该工艺对恶臭气体的去除效果。试验结果表明,化工污水厂恶臭气体中硫化氢在8~20 mg/m3、氨5~20mg/m3、挥发性有机气体小于500μg/g时,采用二级生物滴滤处理,恶臭气体能达标排放。挥发性有机气体大于500μg/g时,需要进行预处理,才能达标排放。
Removing malodorous gases from chemical wastewater treatment plant by biofiltration process,the period domestication hanging film and the change of tower resistance were systematically investigated,and the outcomes was tested used that process at different conditions and seasons.The experimental results showed that the odour can discharge standard when biotrickling filter using two and hydrogen sulfide of the odour 8~20 mg/m3、ammonia 5~20 mg/m3、VOCs less than 500 μg/g.When the VOCs reached 500 μg/g,it needs pretreatment that can be discharge standard.
