Study on the cluster competitiveness of Shaanxi electronic information industry

为提升陕西电子信息产业集群竞争力,探索适合陕西实际的电子信息产业发展道路,在设计构建集群竞争力评价指标体系基础上,通过比较分析,得出陕西电子信息产业产业链条各环节形成了一定规模的集群优势;产业形成了具有区域竞争力的创新优势;信息产业集群化程度还不是很高,集群竞争力有待进一步提高的结论。需要政府积极引导,完善产业集群化发展的要素保证、环境支持;企业抓住国际国内产业转移机会,转变观念,合作竞争中图发展促共赢;园区发挥好载体作用,协调相关主体注重多元互动多方着力提升集群竞争力。

For ascending Shaanxi electronic information industry cluster competitiveness,exploring suitable development path of electronic information industry for Shaanxi,based on the cluster competitiveness evaluation system,through the comparative analysis,it is concluded that Shaanxi electronic information industry has formed certain scale cluster advantage on each point of industry chain.Industry has formed a regional competitiveness of innovation superiority.The cluster degree of Shaanxi information industry is not very high;cluster competitiveness needs to be developed further.The government needs to offer positive guidance,to perfect elements assurance and environment support to improve the industrial cluster development.The enterprise needs to seize domestic and international opportunities of industrial transfer,to change ideas and to promote win-win in cooperative competition.The industrial park needs to play well carrier function,to coordinate relevant subjects and to pay attention to multiple interact to promote cluster competitiveness.
