城市云集群理论及其经济效应分析

从产业集群理论和云计算理论的阐述入手,提出城市云集群理论。城市云集群理论是建立在社会超大规模的资源提供利用服务上的,且形成一个巨大的服务网络,在城市云集群网络里的每一名用户都可以使用某种经过加工、智能化处理的资源,随着用户使用数量的增加,用户相互间所产生的聚合力、内生力、学习力和影响力也进一步扩大,反过来对城市云集群的影响力也得到进步提升。分析了城市云集群理论提出的理论依据与其它城市经济理论的区分及城市云集群理论的经济特征,城市云集群理论的经济效应。

This article put forward city cluster theory from the industry cluster theory and the cloud computing theory.City clustering theory is based on the social service providing on large scale and it forms a huge service network.Every customer can use the resource after intelligent processing and with the increase of the customer,the cohesion,the endogenous force,the learning ability and the impact between customers will be enlarged and in turn improve the impact of the city cluster.The paper analyzed the theory base of city clustering as well as the related economic characteristics and urban economic effects of the cluster theory.
