Based on the analysis of the factors restricting the development of speed skating in China,puts forward the following countermeasures,to strengthen co-operation to promote joint development of speed skating,to establish a scientific back-up personnel training system and focus on training key professionalst,o strengthen the construction of coach staff and cultivate innovative ability in techniques and tactics,and to further scientifically improve training level.All these above aim to further promote the healthy development of speed skating in China.
