Strengthening University Libraries Humanized Management by Virtualization Technology

20世纪90年代开始,人们开始普遍关注图书馆人本管理问题。笔者结合人本管理理论以及自己的工作实践,围绕图书馆服务器虚拟化和虚拟桌面架构从技术角度对加强高校图书馆的人本管理水平进行了初步探讨。

People began to give concern to humanized management of university libraries since the 1990s.Combining with the theory of humanized management and work practice,and focusing on the server virtualization and virtual desktop infrastructure,the writer talks over how to strengthen the standard of humanized management of university libraries from the view of techniques.
