摘要
在当前经济全球化背景下,"支部建在班上"是高校党建工作向纵深发展的必然要求,是充分发挥基层支部战斗堡垒作用的重要保证。在当前支部建设的过程中,还尚存党建模式单一、理论水平不高、考核体系不完善等问题,因此要下大气力不断创新工作模式,在创新中加强班级党支部建设。
CPC branch in class is the inevitable demand of the times with economic globalization and also an important guarantee to give full play to the function of CPC branches at basic level. This thesis points out some problems during the course of constructing CPC branches, including the single channel model, low theoretical level, incomplete cheek-up system, etc. Therefore, it＇s essential to innovate the working model and strengthen the construction of CPC branch in class.
