College English teaching has to make a turn due to the new challenges with the advent of Network.The web-based collaborative learning mode needs to clarify the teachers and students＇ roles respectively,and reasonably design the teaching process to improve students＇ writing ability.It has been found that the mode adopted is widely and well accepted among college students in helping them to improve their writing ability.
