摘要
高校教师的职业倦怠现象比较普遍,成因主要有社会、学校、学生和教师个人四个方面。社会对高校教师期望值过高导致教师的压力增加;学校的管理模式、校园文化和制度建设没有充分尊重教师的主导地位导致教师的无助、管理学生的困惑;教师个人的人格特质也导致个人的职业倦怠。教师个人要通过心理暗示、学会适应、适当放松等策略提高心理应付水平,学校通过实施人性化管理、职业成长文化、顺畅沟通渠道改善高校教师的成长环境,帮助教师克服职业倦怠。
Nowadays,job burnout of college teachers is more and more common.There are four main reasons for this:: society,college,college students and college teachers.The high expectation from society gives college teachers heavy pressure;the management mode of college,campus culture and regulations of college do not show enough respect for college teachers;teachers' personal characteristics may also lead to job burnout.To cope with this,teachers should learn to have psychological suggestion,tactics,moderate relaxation,etc. On the other hand,college should also make efforts to take individual management,establish career growth culture,smooth communication channels and improve the growth environment of college teachers to overcome their job burnout.
