摘要 确定研磨子性能测试的标准和条件,优化材料配方和压制工艺,研制动车踏面清扫器研磨子。研磨子以热塑性酚醛树脂和丁腈胶粉为粘合剂,以铁粉和铝矾土为填料,以钢纤维和无机矿物纤维为纤维,在压制压力为(3±2)MPa,压制温度为150~160℃下制成。通过力学性能、热重、强制磨耗等试验分析可知研磨子的性能:具有较高的冲击强度、硬度、粘结强度和耐热性;动摩擦系数和磨耗量与日本研磨子的相当;无破损、脱落、裂纹和异常磨耗等现象。 The standards and conditions were determined for the performance test of the abrasive block and the formulation and technology was optimized to develop the abrasive block for tread cleaning device on multiple units. Thermoplastic phenolic resin and NBR rubber powder were used as the adhesives for the abrasive block. Iron powder and bauxite were used as fillers. Steel fiber and inorganic mineral fiber were used for fiber. The abrasive block was made under the pressing pressure of (3±2) MPa and the pressing temperature of 150~160%. The mechanical properties, TGA and forced abrasion tests on the abrasive block were carried out. The results show that the abrasive block has bigger impact strength, hardness, bond strength and heat resistance. The dynamic friction coefficient and the abrasion loss are almost the same with those of Japanese abrasive block. The abrasive block has no such phenomenon as the damage, falling off, crack and abnormal wear.
