摘要
就某办公楼采用双榀钢筋混凝土框架夹挤托换工程,采用SAP2000计算软件进行了施工过程有限元模拟,并与施工过程中框架梁挠度和应变实测数据进行了比较。分析表明,底层部分剩余小墙肢在墙体拆除后出现轴力减小的卸载现象。对于剩余小墙肢和抗剪不足墙体用玻璃纤维进行约束及抗剪加固。工程实践表明,所提出的方法在加固应用中结构安全、施工可行。
Based on an office building's strengthening project,this paper conducts the construction finite element analysis using SAP2000 to its double-beam reinforced concrete frame underpinning construction process.The results are compared with data of the RC-beam's deflection and strain from monitoring test under construction.Analysis presents unloading phenomenon of axial force reduction in some remaining small wall-limbs after the removal of the load-bearing walls at bottom.The existing small wall-limbs and walls lacking of shear-bearing abilities are strengthened by GFRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer).The conclusion of this paper shows that this method is safe,feasible and practical in strengthening of structures.
