摘要
通过对井壁失稳现象、机理及钻开井眼前后井壁应力状态的分析和计算,建立了一套分析地层坍塌压力及地层相关物理力学特征参数的数学模型,并编制了相应的计算软件,以利用测井资料进行坍塌压力的计算,进而对井壁稳定性进行研究。用该研究结果解释了哈萨克斯坦Kolzhan油田普遍存在的井壁失稳的原因,并推荐出了合理的钻井液密度窗口,地层坍塌压力和安全钻井液密度窗口的计算结果与现场实际吻合,为Kolzhan油田钻井过程中的井壁稳定提供了技术参数。
A computing method and software of calculating formation collapse pressures and related characteristic parameters is developed to make full use of well logging materials and result of formation breakdown pressure test to calculate formation collapse pressure.By using this method,the reason of borehole unstability in Kolzhan oil field is found and the suitable drilling fluid density window is put forward.Moreover,the parameters are practical in field application.
