摘要
胜利油田临盘区块上部地层黏土矿物含量高,在钻至东营组地层前采取大土池循环沉降方式控制钻井液黏度和切力,而沙一、沙三段地层存在油页岩段,钻井过程中常出现严重的井壁失稳垮塌。针对该区块地层特点,通过室内实验,选用胺类抑制剂原用钻井液的抑制性。现场应用结果表明,加入0.3%~0.4%的胺类抑制剂后,钻井液具有良好的流变性和强的抑制性,且性能稳定,能防止井壁失稳;应用该体系钻井后,含油页岩特殊区块的钻井周期可缩短5~7 d,减少了钻井液外排造成的环境污染,排放量可减少约30%,有利于将传统的大土池循环方式改为罐式循环,达到清洁生产的目的。
For the high content of clay mineral,the so called pit circulation is taken to control viscosity of drilling fluid before drilling to Dongying formation,and serious borehole caving occurs because ofoil shale.A water base drilling fluid system mainly contains amine inhibiter is developed as solution through laboratory experiments.Field application shows that the dosage of amine shale inhibiter is 0.3%-0.4%,the drilling fluid has good rheology inhibition and stability.By using this clean drilling fluid,borehole stability is improved,the drilling period is reduced by 5-7 days and the discharge capacity is decreased by 30%.
