聚磺钻井液在伊拉克艾哈代布油田水平井中的应用

Application of Polysulfonate Drilling Fluid in Horizontal Well of AHDEB Oil Field

伊拉克AHDEB油田井深1 100～2 500 m存在大段硬质石膏及水敏性泥岩地层,为了解决石膏层、盐层侵入钻井液造成污染与泥岩分散造浆与缩径问题,AHDEB油田先后使用两性离子聚合物钻井液和聚磺钻井液。通过现场应用表明,聚磺钻井液更有利于防止钙侵和石膏侵、抑制泥岩水化膨胀并确保井壁稳定,防塌性能优良,水平井钻井周期较以前缩短,由第一口井的102 d降低至31.7 d,下降幅度达到68.9%;并且流变性能稳定,体系之间转换顺利。钻井液材料用量降低,取得了明显的经济效益,值得进一步推广应用。

In AHDEB oil field,there are thick bed of anhydrite and hydratable mudstone from 1,100 m to 2,500 m.It has been found that polysulfonate drilling fluid has good inhibitive capacity that can prevent calcium contamination and mudstone hydration more effectively than amphoteric ion polymer drilling fluid,which decreased the drilling time from 102 days of the first well to 31.7 days,68.9% of the decreasing rate.
