摘要
目的 研制一种新型远中移动上颌磨牙矫治器,即改良蛙式矫治器,并评价其初步临床应用的效果.方法 在德国蛙式矫治器基础上,通过自制微型塑料腭托将支抗种植钉与螺旋开大器相连接,腭部加力丝以种植钉为支抗推磨牙向远中.并通过典型病例介绍改良蛙式矫治器的初步临床应用要点.结果 改良蛙式矫治器各组成部分之间形成稳定连接,能以种植钉为支抗,通过加力丝的弹性形变施力,有效远中移动上颌磨牙3.5 mm,同时带动前磨牙远中漂移,而治疗中未发生前牙唇倾.结论 改良蛙式矫治器是一种有效远中移动上颌磨牙的新型矫治器,还可避免传统推磨牙向远中矫治器的缺陷,有广阔的临床应用前景.
Objective To design a new type of appliance-modified Frog Appliance and to evaluate its clinical applications in upper molar diatalization. Methods Germany Frog Appliance was modified by connecting the expansion screw with a self-made miniature plastic palatal base supported by two palatal miniscrew implants. Anchored in palatal miniscrew implants, upper molars were distalized. A finished case was presented to introduce its clinical application. Results Upper molars were effectively distalized by 3. 5 mm with premolars migrating distally and labial movement of incisors was avoided. Conclusions Modified Frog Appliance could effectively distalize upper molars.
