摘要 针对海港工程氯盐腐蚀导致的腐蚀问题,在室内电化学脱盐研究的基础上,在湛江港进行了实体工程试验。主要研究了室内电化学脱盐过程中电解质溶液的选取,以及实体工程试验中电化学脱盐系统的设计、安装、调试及运行,进行了电脱盐后混凝土氯离子含量的降低程度及钢筋腐蚀电位的变化情况的测量,最终探讨了电化学脱盐的通电量与排除氯离子量之间的关系,供电脱盐工程应用参考。 Based on the corrosion problems induced by the chloride ingression of marine port engineering,laboratory experiments of electrochemical chloride extraction(ECE) were carried out,and then demonstration project was carried out in Zhanjiang port.This paper focuses mainly on the chosen of electrolyte and the design,installation,commissioning and operation of the ECE system,the reduction of chloride ion and the potential of steel before and after ECE.Moreover,the relationship between the total electricity quantity and residue chloride ion is studied.
