Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血脂、血流变学水平变化及其意义研究

The Change and Significance of Blood Lipid and Hemorheology of Patients with Type Ⅱ Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血脂、血流变学水平变化并分析两者之间的相关性。方法检测75例健康体检者和95例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血脂血流变学指标,进行比较分析。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血脂、血流变学指标与健康者相比有显著异常改变。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病患者常伴随血脂、血流变学的改变,表现为高脂血症和高黏血症,血脂与血液黏度升高是Ⅱ型糖尿病患者微血管病变进而导致多种并发症的重要原因,应重视血脂、血流变学的检测及纠正治疗。

Objective To investigate the change and significance of blood lipid and hemorheology of patients with type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus.Methods The blood lipid and hemorheology of 95 patients with type Ⅱdiabetus and 75 health examinees were examined.Results Blood lipid and hemorheology of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were obviously abnormal,significantly than those of controls.Conclusion The distinct disorder of blood lipid and hemorheology in patients with type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus is presented,hyperlipmia and hyperviscosity blood syndrome.The causes of microangiopathy of patients with Ⅱdiabetes is the rise of blood viscosity.It is very importand to examine the blood lipid and hemorheology and to correct the hyperlipemia and hyperviscosity blood syndrome in time for patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.
