不同基础疾病慢性肾衰竭临床事件分析 被引量:5

摘要 慢性肾衰竭是指各种慢性肾脏病晚期,肾实质已严重毁损,致使氮质代谢产物潴留,水、电解质及酸碱平衡失调,内分泌紊乱等所表现的一种临床症候群,发病率约占人群万分之0.5左右。持久血压升高可加速肾动脉粥样硬化的发生,导致肾功能损害。据资料表明,糖尿病肾病在老年糖尿病患者中的发病率达30%-40%;
