摘要
随着业务的发展，设备厂家提供的传统的流程与大量涌现的短语语音需求给信息业务工作构成沉重的工作负担，必须对传统的流程进行技术改进，以减轻急剧增加的短语语音所带来的繁重工作，从而提高工作效率。
With business development,equipment manufacturers to provide the traditional processes and large numbers of phrase speech to the information needs of operations constitutes a heavy workload,the traditional process must be technological improvements to reduce the dramatic increase in voice brought the phrase Heavy workload,thereby improving efficiency.
