摘要
本文结合“一卡通”自助服务系统在我院的实际使用情况，具体分析了“一卡通”对于优化门诊就医流程，爷省病人挂号缴费等候时间方面的特点。相信“一卡通”将会更好地带给病人方便、快捷、高效的医疗服务。
In this paper,＂One Card ＂self-service system in our hospital＇s actual usage,detailed analysis of the＂One Card＂out-patient medical treatment for the optimization of the process,saving the patient＇s waiting time registration fee characteristics.Believe that＂One Card＂would be better to give in to patients convenient, fast and efficient medical services.
