实验教学系统主要是利用Web技术实现网络教学的一体化，以Struts框架为技术基础，介绍了实验教学系统的设计和实现过程。此外，解决了推广应用中的瓶颈问题，适用于实验教学系统的建设需求。

The experiment teaching system uses Web technique to realize the incorporating of network teaching work.In the paper,based on Struts Architecture,the process on design and implement of experiment teaching system is introduced.And then the bottle necks of the experiment teaching system popularizing are solved,which is adapted to construction demand of experiment teaching system.
