迟发性中枢性肺通气不全综合征一例

摘要 患者，女，19岁，因睡眠中出现发绀、昏迷、呼吸停止被家人送到医院诊治，急诊检查发现其心率124次/min，呼吸10次／min，BP113／74mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），SP0240％。即与气管插管机械通气，并收住ICU。患者既往健康情况尚可，但经常发生活动后肌力下降情况，生活尚能自理。此次发病前1个月内患者连续出现倦怠乏力、睡眠中口唇发绀等情况，曾到其他医院就诊，心脏超声检查未发现异常。发病当晚因睡眠不佳服用氯硝安定2mg，
