B经动脉溶栓治疗脑膜血管型神经梅毒急性大片脑梗死一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者，男性，54岁，因“突发右侧肢体无力3h”于2008年4月27日来院就诊时伴言语含糊，口角左歪、流涎；既往无高血压、糖尿病史。体检：体温37．0cC，脉搏82次／min，血压130／80mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），意识清楚，言语含糊，两侧眼球活动自如，瞳孔等大同圆，对光反应灵敏，视野粗测右侧偏盲，额纹对称，
