外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的免疫学研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年研究发现,阴道的自净作用、人源阳离子抗菌肽、Toll样受体、甘露糖结合凝集素等非特异性免疫以及以细胞免疫和体液免疫为主的特异性免疫在复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的发生过程中有重要作用。对复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的免疫学研究,有助于揭示其发病机制,有望为其治疗提供新的靶点。现对近几年外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的免疫学研究进展做一综述。
