当代中国文化休闲街区规模发展的模式探索——以“南京1912”文化街区为例

Exploration of Scale Development Modes of Culture and Amusement Blocks in Contemporary China: Taking "Nanjing 1912" Block as an Example

当前,我国经济结构发展正处在重要的转型时期,在"四位一体"、"两大一新"科学发展的时代背景下,文化建设的地位越来越重要,文化产业的地位和作用也越来越突出,其中文化休闲街区的大量涌现成为该领域中出现的一个热点现象,但在规模发展方面,却又大多遇到瓶颈问题,矛盾非常突出。本文通过对"南京1912"文化休闲街区规模发展模式的分析,尝试提供一个解决当前文化产业规模发展困境的新的方式、路径和视角。

Currently, national economic structure is experiencing a significant transformation. In the context of scientific development, cultural industry will become more and more prominent. Cultural and amusement blocks spreading everywhere is a phenomenon demanding paying attention to. However, there is a big problem relating to scale development. Taking ＂ Nanjing 1912＂ block as an example, and through analyzing its scale development, the present article tries to provide a new vision to solve the difficulties confronting the development of contemporary cultural and amusement blocks.
