“堂名”在近现代昆曲传承中的地位与作用

Status and Function of "Folk Drama Troupe" in Modern Kunqu Inheriting

本文根据历史上江、浙地区民间"堂名"乐班这一存在现象,通过实地调查及相关资料的研究,对其在近现代昆曲传承中的地位与作用,分别从三个方面进行了论述:一是"堂名"对于延续昆曲艺术传承所发挥的保障性作用;二是"堂名"在培养职业昆班演员方面所具有的"预科"性质;三是"堂名"为新中国昆曲教育事业所作出的重要贡献。文章同时论述了如何评价民间"堂名"乐班的历史生存价值,以及全面认识近现代昆曲发展的史实的问题。

Historically, there were some folk drama troupes in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Through fieldwork investigating and researching upon relevant material, the present article expounds the status and function of ＂folk drama troupe＂ in modem Kunqu inheriting. Firstly, it provides an indemnificatory help in inheriting Kunqu art. Secondly, it functions as a preliminary class to cultivate professional Kunqu actors. Thirdly, it contributes a lot in contemporary Kunqu teaching cause. In addition, the article discusses how to estimate the historical merit of ＂folk drama group＂ and how to comprehensively recognize the development of modern Kunqu.
