经导管主动脉瓣膜置入1例 被引量:5

摘要 经导管主动脉瓣膜置人术(TAVI)是近年来出现的一种治疗重度主动脉瓣狭窄(AS)的新兴技术。对于高龄且合并多脏器功能不全的患者,传统外科手术换瓣治疗风险大,且部分患者存在手术禁忌证,而经导管置换主动脉瓣膜具有微创、无需体外循环及输血、住院时间缩短等优点。
