食管胃底曲张静脉出血发病的季节性及相关气象因素的影响 被引量：5

摘要 食管胃底曲张静脉出血是上消化道出血的重要原因,既往在上消化道出血相关因素的研究中发现,气象因素对上消化道出血有一定的影响,但该因素对食管胃底曲张静脉出血的影响研究较少,结论尚不一致.本研究初步探讨气象因素对食管胃底曲张静脉出血的影响,以期通过较大样本调查来明确食管胃底曲张静脉出血发病的节律性,并通过对相关气象因素的分析,探讨其节律性变化的部分机制.
