克罗恩病临床诊治策略 被引量：4

摘要 克罗恩病（Crohn＇s disease,CD）是消化道慢性复发性炎性疾病,其病因和发病机制仍不清楚,目前大多学者认为肠黏膜免疫调节异常,持续肠道感染,肠黏膜屏障缺损,遗传和环境等因素共同参与了疾病发生过程.
