摘要
目的:探讨使用人工椎体加植骨术治疗脊椎肿瘤。方法:采用改进的人工椎体置换植骨术切除瘤椎治疗11例脊椎肿瘤,包括颈椎4例,胸椎3例、腰椎4例;患骨巨细胞瘤3例,骨成纤维纤维瘤2例,单纯骨囊肿、骨尤文氏肉瘤、骨神经鞘瘤、软骨瘤、骨嗜酸性肉芽肿、骨转移性腺癌各1例。结果:全部病例进行随访,随访时间10个月~7年。经X线摄片检查,人工椎体无1例松动、脱出,上下椎体骨性融合,恢复日常生活工作。结论:人工椎体置换植骨术治疗脊椎原发良恶性肿瘤及椎体单个转移灶不失为一良好替代和重建方法。
Objective:To study the replacement of artificial vertebral body and auto bone grafting in the patients with spinal tumor.Methods:11 cases of spinal tumors were treated by artificial vertebral body replacement and auto bone grafting,which involved the cervical vertebrae in 4 cases,the thoracic in 3 and the lumbar in 4.The diagnosis were included:giant cell tumor of bone in 3 patients,desmoplastic fibroma in 2,bone cyst,Ewings sarcoma of bone,neurilemmoma of bone,osteochondroma of bone,eosinophilic granuloma of bone and metastatic carcinoma of bone in each one.Results:All patients were followed up and average time was 3 5 years.Every case had a follow up radiograph and no loosened or dislocated.The auto bone grafting healed up well between adjacent vertebral bodies.All patients had a normal work and daily life.Conclusion:Artificial vertebral body replacement and auto bone grafting for the patients with spinal tumor provides a valuable alternative measure for spinal reconstruction.
